Meet Tricks, a talented 2* eventer looking for his next partner! 

Tricks is a kind, athletic horse with natural ability. He’s beautifully behaved on the ground, and great to take out — whether it’s to a competition, clinic, or quiet ride.

Bred by his current owner, Tricks began his competition career with a junior rider winning their first competition together, before progressing to 2* level under Murray Lamperd. He’s shown his ability and scope across all three phases. With balanced paces and a willing temperament, he is currently training at Medium level dressage, making him a great option for someone who wants to focus on one discipline — or mix it up and enjoy the best of both worlds. 

Tricks isn’t the best fit for a nervous rider, but with someone calm, confident, and consistent, he’s incredibly genuine and gives everything he’s got. He’s the kind of horse who really flourishes when he feels clear, steady support from his rider.

Tricks is by Furstenball, renowned for movement and rideability, and out of Northern Fortuna (by Falmon) — also the dam of Ballahowe Ayurvedic, Yona Lloyd’s 5* eventer.
